Tropical Zone Karaoke Introduction
The Tropical Zone Karaoke company still exists today, producing excellent music. Indeed, they boast of a back catalogue of over 12,000 songs.
Here, we review the karaoke discs that we know about so you can decide whether to search online for them.
Our information comes from various sources, but our primary input is from visitors and members. So, if you want to contribute, leave a review in the star rating section or comment below.
The prefix list below shows around 670 disc prefixes. However, you can download the songbook to see what those discs contain. The discs contain many songs with guide vocals. Those tracks are Multiplex (MPX). This means that you’ll hear the guide singer coming from one speaker. However, you can turn off the guide vocals with a decent karaoke machine.

Tropical Zone Karaoke Review
The splash screen does a decent job. There is the company logo, song title and the artist. The display at the end of the track shows the company name and Tropical Zone’s website address.
While the website is active, it doesn’t advertise any old discs. However, it is still a production company and possibly offers live streaming for its past songs.
Our sample tracks showed the lyrics in white that change to red as you sing along.
Indeed, we found it a pleasing combination. Not only that, but the lyrics matched the beat impeccably.
The cover art is excellent, with each sleeve being different in design. However, the CDG was generic in design, but they are colourful. So, they redeemed themselves on that score.

Karaoke Song Sample
Although we may use numerous songs for the review, we only provide one sample video to represent the label. So, the song sample for our video presentation is TZL073-15 – Enrique Iglesias (MPX) – Sad Eyes.
We chose the Multiplex version because we can easily demonstrate how the lyrics match the prompts. You can also hear the difference between a karaoke song with vocals in the centre and coming from one speaker, as in MPX.
