Singer’s Dream Karaoke Introduction

The Singer’s Dream Karaoke discs have their own unique identity. In this case, they have their own label and jewel case sleeves. However, they are a division of the massive Pocket Songs Karaoke group.

With this in mind, they have implied qualities all over them.

But we never rest on our laurels. Indeed, a karaoke company has to perform well to survive. So, read on for more information and reviews about this karaoke label.

Before we start, though, we would like to point out that the splash screen for Singer’s Dream is similar to the PS label.

The Singer’s Dream karaoke (SDK) discs have sixteen tracks on each disc. But bear in mind that the first eight tracks have guide vocals. Then, the last eight tracks are what we consider to be traditional karaoke. In other words, this means that there are only eight unique songs per disc. However, they come from a karaoke company with an excellent reputation.

Get Them Second-Hand

Singer's Dream Karaoke - SDK9056 Disc.

We found one place selling a 53-disc set of Singer’s Dream karaoke discs for $150.00 US. That equates to £93.00 Sterling (2014 rates).

Also, Amazon sold individual discs for £8.00 ($13.00). Furthermore, eBay was selling used discs at low prices. So, go ahead and buy them because there are no excuses. Besides, you can’t go wrong!

As you will see later, the staff here at Karaoke Info love anything from the PS stable!

Since the parent company ceased the production of karaoke discs in January 2015, you can only get them second-hand now. Be that as it may, as long as the discs are in good condition, they should still play well. However, always ask about them before you buy.

Singer’s Dream Karaoke Review

Without a doubt, the staff at Karaoke Info adore the offerings here from SDK. However, we must sample a few tracks regardless. That is just in case we see some variation from the norm.

What we found with our samples was what we expected. The music was as good as ever, and the on-screen lyrics matched the beat perfectly. Therefore, there were no surprises with this label.

The font shows the connection with the parent company. We liked the colour scheme, and the on-screen lyrics are perfectly legible.

The cover artwork represents the label well enough. All in all, these discs will not disappoint.

  1. Because Pocket Songs has stopped making karaoke discs, Singer’s Dream will also cease production. Pocket Songs was the parent company and went out of business in February 2015.
