Huge Karaoke Hits (DVDs) Introduction
We list and review 18 video discs in the Huge Karaoke Hits DVD collection. However, eight discs have a twin with a guide vocal version.
The videos for vocal accompaniment and non-vocals are identical. Of course, you can learn a new song with the guide vocal tracks. But if you know the song, you’ll find they waste a lot of space.

Huge Karaoke Hits Review
The opening splash screens differ somewhat. The early ones play the video track immediately with a translucent info screen.
The latter videos may show a solid screen, but both display the song title and artist.
The video backdrop is random and usually has no connection to the song. Like most karaoke videos from this era, there are countryside, waterside, town, and indoor settings.
The models can be men and women in love, solitary men, but are usually women doing their thing in front of the camera.
The white lyrics turn blue to prompt the singer and show the lyrics in advance. These lyrics keep up with the beat, and we found no lag. The cover art is colourful and varied, while the music is decent enough for gigging or home use.

Although we may use numerous songs for the review, we only provide one sample video to represent the label. So, the song sample for our video presentation is HKH06B-07 – Atomic Kitten (With Guide Vocals) – The Tide Is High.

Huge Karaoke Hits Songbook
We have an eight-page songbook (580 entries) to accompany the karaoke prefixes above. However, you must be a logged-in member to view or download the songbook. So please consider joining us.
Unlike the primary commercial karaoke directory, the video sets mainly have one songbook. The preferred format is ATD (Original Artist, Song Title, Disc Prefix). However, if your membership status entitles you, ask us to make two more versions.
