Digital Disc Entertainment Karaoke VCDs Review
The opening splash screen shows the company logo, song title and writers. Of course, the videos kick in shortly after. We particularly like the countdown for the prompt to start singing. This is a hand holding up three fingers, then a flat hand pointing at the lyrics.
The videos are a perfect example of what these early LaserDiscs, DVDs and VCDs used. That is different settings and random locations.
Many show lovers in love and the usual solitary female dancing or thinking. Indeed, the models play their roles well.
The music content is decent, and the white lyrics are legible. The words change colour as a prompt. Furthermore, they match the beat to perfection with no lag. The artwork suits the discs with plenty of colours.

Karaoke Song Sample
Although we may use numerous songs for the review, we only provide one sample video to represent the label. So, the song sample for our video presentation is DDEV105-05 – Wayne Newton (MPX) – Red Roses For A Blue Lady. You can turn off the guide vocals with a suitable machine, leaving just the traditional karaoke track.
