The BCI Eclipse Karaoke team don’t produce karaoke discs anymore. But, they have made a lot in their time.
You will see the number of discs BCI Eclipse made in the list below. Indeed, this is quite a big karaoke label. Indeed, this is quite a big karaoke label.
However, while compiling the catalogue, it became apparent that there could be gaps in the series. So, we need to know if those gaps are intentional or if anyone has a record of them.
If you can help fill this gap, send us the disc ID numbers (prefixes). Also, we require a song list for that disc. Indeed, an image of the actual disc would be perfect.
With-Guide Vocals Also Non-Vocal Versions
What becomes noticeable on the song list is that BCI Karaoke discs have both vocal and non-vocal tracks. For some, this is good because they can learn and sing along to new songs. For others, karaoke discs with guide vocals are an annoying waste of space. In effect, only half of the songs on each disc are unique, so it comes down to your requirements.

BCI Eclipse Karaoke Review
Our sample showed a mid-to-dark blue background for the splash screen. That didn’t change once the lyrics started. Indeed, all you get is the song title, introduction music and the on-screen lyrics.
The lyrics are big, bold and legible. The words are white and turn to an off-yellow as the song progresses. In the duet version, the lyrics are blue and pink, then change to white. The splash screen doesn’t give you an indication, but it’s obvious.
However, in the age of political correctness, snowflakes, and wokism, that last sentence implying blue for boy and pink for girl might be inappropriate!
We found the music to be hit-and-miss.
For example, Hotel California by The Eagles was lacking in many departments. On the other hand, Life In The Fast Lane by the same band was acceptable. We also found that the lyrics in some of our samples were lagging somewhat. They should be matching the beat or being marginally ahead, of course.
The artwork is trendy and has the same design throughout the series, although the colours vary.

Although we may use numerous songs for the review, we only provide one sample video to represent the label. So, the song sample for our video presentation is BC40053-04 – Eagles – Peaceful Easy Feeling.

We gave this collection 3 out of 5 in the rating system below. You can also vote for these, even if you don’t have the discs or tracks. Indeed, all you need to do is watch our presentation video above and judge that.
Desirability Factor
Although they get a three in our review, others tell us they like this karaoke label. So, because the feedback was good, these discs are desirable and would grace any karaoke collection.
Only a few discs were for sale when we completed a search online. However, the ones we saw were in good condition. Furthermore, they were all cheap too. But we only saw individual discs and not a complete set.
Perhaps if the whole collection came along, they would be cheaper. In brief, eBay, Gumtree, and Amazon are good places to search. However, Karaoke Info allows free advertisements for karaoke sellers, should you wish to take advantage of this.
Only second-hand bargains are available since BCI is not making karaoke tracks now. But never pay over the top for them.

BCI Eclipse Karaoke Songbook
In addition to the disc identity numbers (prefixes) above, we also have a songbook to accompany them.
To repeat, we have omitted those prefixed with BC60xxx from the following song list. That is because they are identical to those prefixed with BC8xx. In essence, we refer to it as the BC8xx series. It could be that some KJs had the prefixes wrong in the songbooks we received!
